NOTICE OF PUBLIC SALE

EUFAULA ALL-DRY STORAGES LLC, located at 121349 Hwy 9, Eufaula, Oklahoma 74432, will hold a Public Sale on Monday August 10th, 2026, ending at 8:00 am, via online storage auction at https://storageauctions.net and advertised online prior to ending date. The contents of the occupant’s leased space will be sold to satisfy the owner/operator lien, in accordance with the Self-Service Storage Facility Lien Act of the Oklahoma statutes. Bidders must bid on the entire contents of the leased space. Terms are cash, credit, or debit cards only, no personal checks. Successful bidders have 48 hours to remove property from unit and/or storage facility property. A $50 cash deposit is required. All content must be removed from the unit and/or storage facility property for the bidder to receive deposit back. BAGGED TRASH ONLY IN THE DUMPSTER, NO FURNITURE. The following space shall be sold unless tenant(s) contact the office and make payment arrangements.
